How do I order a jewelry?
Select the jewelry preferences that you like (14k/ 18k, yellow/ white gold etc.).
Add items to your cart and click on “checkout” button.
On the checkout page, fill in your details.
Click on the “Continue” button at the bottom of the checkout page.
You will be redirected to Paypal to complete payment.
You can pay with credit card through Paypal (no need for Paypal account).
Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Where are the jewelry being made and how?
I make all my jewelry by my self at my studio inHaifa,Israel. First, I design it using pencil and paper. Then I create the jewelry from the desired metal (White/ yellow gold etc.). After the jewelry is made, depending on the design, I manually engrave it with gravers and finally I set the diamonds or the precious stones.

What materials are being used for the jewelry?
The jewelry can be created of 14k yellow gold, 14k white gold and 18k yellow gold.
For the jewelry that is made of wood and gold, I use an olive wood.

What ring size standard do you work with?
I work with theUSring size standard but I can work with any other standard as well.

all rings are priced up to size 9.
Any ring size 9 or over will be priced individually, please contact me for a price offer.

What chains do you offer?
I offer 45cm/17.7 in. round spiga (wheat) chain, available both in 14k white/yellow gold and in 18k yellow gold. The chains are offered as an option on each pendant page.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. I offer free worldwide shipping viaEMSservice. Local custom charges may apply, please check any additional costs involved in shipping to your country.
Since each piece of jewelry is handmade, please allow up to 21 business days to dispatch plus 2-5 days for EMS delivery.

What are the payment options?
I accept PayPal and all the major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover).
Credit card payments are securely processed by PayPal as well (no need for a PayPal account).
Do you have a full money back guarantee?
Yes, I offer a full money back guarantee. Any jewelry can be returned within 7 days. A full refund will be given once the jewelry is arrived in its original condition. The refund does not include shipping charges back to me.
I will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items.

How to return a jewelry?
Please follow the following guidelines:
1. Please contact me at guy@guycohenart.com.
2. Send the jewelry in its original packaging, including all its content.
3. Please include all documentation proving that the item is a return (copies of the original waybill, customs documents).
